A haunted waterfront where people go to be alone in a city that increasingly watches your every step. A place where you can make a call on an analog payphone while you watch massive ships pass through the misty channel. This music video shows us one of the last spots in New York City that predates ever present communication, post-9/11 surveillance, untouched by Broken Windows Theory and the digital economy.
